Einhell becomes billion-euro company
“Our battery strategy is paying off, and the strong global demand for Einhell Power X-Change products is rising,” says a delighted Andreas Kroiss, CEO of Einhell Germany AG. The company broke through a glass ceiling before Christmas when it passed the 1 billion euro barrier in sales for the first time in its history.

The rise in sales is primarily the result of greater market shares in both the tool and garden segments. The enduringly high demand for Power X-Change battery products is a strong driver of sales. “Our Power X-Change battery platform is a guarantee of success in almost all sales territories, because it enables us to offer our customers a huge range of products that can all be operated with the same batteries. We want to increase the number of compatible devices to more than 350 by the end of 2025,” Kroiss adds.
Posting 927.4 million euros in sales in 2021, Einhell had already far exceeded the 724.7 million euros for 2020.
