Tidier gardens and workshops with the new cordless leaf blowers from Einhell
In fall trees and shrubs are still radiating all their colorful glory – but by the start of November at the latest fallen leaves can quickly become a source of slip hazards or, if they cover the lawn, cause rotting. Einhell Germany AG offers just the right equipment to en-sure quick and efficient leaf clearing in its extensive Power X-Change battery range, which already comprises more than 250 cordless tools and garden machines. They in-clude the GP-LB 18/200 Li E leaf blower, which can be optionally supplemented with a special gutter cleaning set, the VENTURRO 18/210 leaf blower/vac, and the GE-UB 18/250 Li E universal blower.
Axial impeller technology for optimum performance
For many hobby gardeners, a leaf vac or blower performs an indispensable service. They enable footpaths, driveways and terraces to be cleared of fallen leaves and dirt effectively with minimum effort. The use of a battery-operated machine makes the job even more agreeable, as there is no cable to get in the way or unpleasant odor of gasoline.
That’s where the 18 Volt Power X-Change GP-LB 18/200 Li E cordless leaf blower from Einhell, optionally available with a special gutter cleaning set (GP-LB 18/200 Li GK), comes into its own. Before winter sets in, the guttering especially needs to be cleared of obstacles that could prevent the drainage of water when the ice and frost finally thaw. A brushless motor delivers maximum power, the axial impeller technology optimum performance. This feature ensures maximum concentration of the air within the pipe, blowing it out at a speed of up to 200 kilometers an hour and a maximum volume of 670 cubic meters an hour. The turbo function allows the maximum blowing power to be set quickly and easily while working in the garden. The Einhell model also comes with an electronic speed control with LED display indicating each stage clearly to the user. The blower pipe does not need any tools for mounting, and is fitted with a robust metal ring that also serves as an impact guard. The balance handle with Softgrip ensures comfortable handling.
One device – three functions
Another new arrival in the Einhell product range is the Power X-Change VENTURRO 18/210 cordless leaf blower/vac. This practical garden assistant comes with a powerful and low-maintenance brushless motor, and offers a persuasive maximum suction volume of 500 cubic meters an hour along with an air speed of 210 kilometers an hour. The ability to regulate the speed from 8,000 to 14,000 revolutions per minute allows the suction and blower output to be adjusted precisely to requirements. No tools are needed for this operation. The integrated shredder function, which chops the vacuumed leaves immediately in a 10:1 ratio, is particularly useful, making it ideally suited for environmentally friendly composting. The fill level can always be seen thanks to a large, high-quality 45 liter collection bag with viewing window, which is attached using a clever quick fastening system. A comfortable carrying strap, large guide wheels for better weight distribution and an additional handle make the device easier to operate.
The small helper with the big impact
The new GE-UB 18/250 Li E cordless universal blower, a real jack-of-all-trades around the house, garden, and workshop, will be available in the Einhell product range from December 2022. With a blowing rate of up to 250 kilometers an hour, the 3-part blower pipe can be used for a variety of applications: As a leaf blower with a long blower pipe, as a workshop blower with a medium blower pipe, or as a grill ignition aid with a short precision blower pipe. The electronic speed control allows adjustment to demand, and is easy to read on the LED display. The Softgrip handle ensures a good grip and fatigue-free work.
Integrated wall mounts enable all leaf blowers and leaf blower/vacs to be stored without taking up floor space. As members of the innovative Power X-Change battery platform, all devices are compatible with the same battery. The platform already comprises more than 250 cordless tools and garden machines, and will be boosted to 450 by 2027.
