Clearing snow with Power X-Change
As the days start to get colder and the first snow falls, it is time once again for the unpopular duty of clearing snow from driveways, footpaths, and small public spaces. In some places, of course, clearing snow may also be a legal requirement. Working with a simple snow shovel can quickly become really hard work.
Einhell has now created the perfect remedy with the cordless Power X-Change Snow Thrower GE-ST 36/40 Li E. With no need to find a power socket and no unpleasant petrol odors, the Snow Thrower offers powerful assistance through two high-performance 18 V rechargeable battery packs, which are combined using Einhell's twin-pack technology to deliver 36 V. With a maximum throwing distance of six meters and a working width of 40 centimeters, this unit can remove snow up to a depth of 20 centimeters. Here, a brushless motor is used to deliver maximum power, which offers more power and greater endurance than a conventional carbon brush motor. The direction in which the snow is thrown can be individually adjusted to the front or sideways to the left or right. Speed regulation can be adjusted to match the consistency of the snow. An additional handle makes for comfortable two-handed operation and makes it easy to keep a sturdy grip on the Snow Thrower for firm control. Not only does the two-point safety switch protect against the unit being started up accidentally, but a cover with magnetic lock keeps the battery pack free of snow and water. Thanks to the lightweight design of the tool and the integrated carrying handle, it is easy to transport and can be used very flexibly. The long handle can also be taken apart for quick and easy storage once the winter is over.
Freedom of cordless operation for all
As part of the Power X-Change cordless system, the Snow Thrower GE-ST 36/40 Li E is compatible with all the battery packs in the series. If you already have a battery pack from the Power X-Change series in the home, any additional tools can be purchased by themselves, i.e. without having to buy another battery or charger. The Cordless Snow Thrower joins the ranks of the already over 250 tools and devices for the home and garden in the cordless range from Einhell.
