Terms and conditions of participation #TeamEinhell – club promotion

By taking part in the club promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Organiser of the promotion: Einhell Germany AG
  2. Promotion period: 1 October 2026 (00:00) – 13 November 2026 (23:59)
  3. Eligibility: Your club must meet the following requirements

Target groups for the promotion

  1. Sports clubs (e.g. football clubs, athletics teams, handball clubs, etc.)
  2. Charitable organisations (fire brigades, water rescue services, the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW), etc.)

Requirement: Participants must be officially registered clubs or charitable institutions with an appropriate organisational structure. Each club may enter only once (e.g. a youth team and a men’s team cannot enter separately; the club as a whole may submit only one entry).

Religious organisations and political associations are excluded from the prize draw.

Geographical scope

Districts: Deggendorf, Dingolfing-Landau, Passau including the city of Passau, Landshut including the city of Landshut, Regen, Rottal-Inn, and Straubing-Bogen including the city of Straubing

Content requirements

By submitting the photos, the participating club grants Einhell Germany AG permission to use the photographic content without any time or geographical restrictions, in particular for:

  • a. Posts across all communication channels of Einhell Germany AG, including social media
  • b. Announcing the winners and, where applicable, publishing additional photo and video content from prize presentations, etc.

Participation

Create a creative team photo or video relating to #TeamEinhell or our products. Let your creativity run free!

In the caption, also describe how your club would use the €2,000 gross prize money. Important: Photos or videos generated or created entirely or predominantly using artificial intelligence are not permitted. Only technical or creative editing of existing recordings is permitted, particularly adjustments to brightness, contrast, colour or sharpness, provided that this does not artificially generate the main visual content. Einhell reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to exclude entries that breach these requirements or clearly contain AI-generated content.

You must also observe the following points:

  1. Post the photo on your club’s Instagram or Facebook account, include the hashtag #TeamEinhell and tag Einhell.
  2. Follow the relevant social media channel of Einhell Germany AG (Instagram: @einhell_dach / Facebook: Einhell (Standard)).

By participating, you agree that Einhell Germany AG may publish your photos, videos, entry materials and project descriptions across all communication channels, regardless of whether they were created by you or by Einhell Germany AG as part of the promotion. As a participant, you must ensure that appropriate consent has been obtained from the people participating or appearing in any images or footage created and provided as part of the promotion, or from their parents or legal guardians in the case of children and young people under the age of 18. You must also ensure that no third-party rights prevent the use described in the first sentence of this paragraph.

Selection of winners

A total of 16 clubs will each win €2,000 gross:

  • Ten winners will be selected based on the highest number of likes at the internally determined selection time.
  • Likes generated by bots, automated processes, purchased likes or other forms of artificial manipulation are invalid, will not be counted when determining the winners and do not confer any entitlement to a prize. The organiser is entitled to exclude an entry from consideration where there is specific evidence of manipulation.
  • Six additional clubs will receive a wildcard. These will be selected by an internal Einhell jury based on the creativity, originality and inventiveness of their entries, regardless of the number of likes. This gives smaller clubs and accounts a fair chance of winning too. The jury’s decision is made at its sole discretion based on the stated criteria and is final.

All 16 winners will be invited to an exclusive closing event at the headquarters of Einhell Germany AG. Clubs attending the event can increase the amount they have already won by succeeding in various team challenges. An additional prize pool totalling €18,000 gross is available for the team challenges held at the closing event.

Prizes will be allocated according to the results of the respective team challenges. The exact additional amounts that can be won may vary depending on the number of clubs actually participating and the tournament format. However, the total additional amount awarded will not exceed €18,000 gross. Entitlement to the €2,000 gross base prize already won is unaffected by participation in the closing event. Only clubs whose representatives attend and participate in the closing event are eligible to share in the additional €18,000 gross prize pool.

If a club is unable to attend the closing event, its vacant place will be filled by one or more Einhell teams to ensure the tournament runs smoothly. Einhell teams participate solely to ensure the tournament can proceed and are not considered winners of the promotion. Any amounts won by Einhell teams will not be paid to Einhell but will instead be used for charitable purposes or donated by Einhell.

Implementation of sponsorship

Sponsorship of the project specified in the entry will take place after the promotion has concluded.

Miscellaneous

Each participant is responsible for any tax payable on the prize. Participants entitled to deduct input VAT are reminded of their obligations under Section 17(1) of the German VAT Act (UStG) in relation to the additional product provided.

We reserve the right to amend any of the terms and conditions at any time. Whenever you participate in an Einhell promotion, the terms and conditions available at that time apply. In your own interest, please always check the terms and conditions before taking up the offer. If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.

Einhell reserves the right to end or temporarily suspend the promotion for good reason. This applies in particular if the proper running of the #TeamEinhell promotion can no longer be guaranteed for legal or practical reasons.

Data privacy

The following personal data of participants will be processed as part of the promotion: Club name, surname and first name of a representative, email address of the club or representative, telephone number of a representative, and the sponsorship project, including its location and estimated costs.

Purpose of processing: To carry out the promotion and the sponsored project and to use the resulting content. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Requirement to provide data: Providing this personal data is necessary to participate in the promotion. The company processes the data as an independent controller.
