Confirmation of dividend proposal
The board of directors and the supervisory board will propose at the general meeting on 19 June 2020, a dividend unchanged to the previous year of € 1.40 per preferred share and € 1.34 per common share. After the difficult situation caused by the Corona crisis has eased somewhat in the past few days in some countries and the restrictions have been relaxed, the Einhell Group is again seeing a more positive picture on the markets. Due to these tendencies and the Einhell Group's good availability of liquid funds, the Management Board has finally decided to submit the dividend proposal mentioned above to the Annual General Meeting.
