And to ensure that plant care can be done quickly and simply, Einhell al-ready offers a large array of cordless garden helpers in its Power X-Change range. Earlier this year, Einhell’s extensive product range was complemented by the GE-GS 18/150 Li cordless pruning saw and the GC-CH 18/50 Li cordless hedge trimmer.
The ideal companion for tree and shrub care
Cutting trees and shrubs not only ensures they retain their beautiful shape, but also keeps them healthy and encourages their growth. If plants are to be cut in a way that promotes their health, it is particularly important to use the right tool. This is where the GE-GS 18/150 Li cordless pruning saw proves its worth as a practical tool. It is used wherever dense trees or abundant shrubs and bushes need to be given a fresh cut. With an 18 V battery and a blade length of 150 mm, the saw cuts through a large number of branches in a matter of moments. The branch attachment, which makes it easy to pull branches in a little, is particularly handy. Alongside fast and tool-free saw blade changing, further convenience is provided by the practical belt clip and the ergonomic shape of the saw. It is also supplied with two kwb quality saw blades “Made in Switzerland”.
The “lightweight” for elegant results
Compact, flexible and easy to work with: At just 2.2 kg, the Einhell GC-CH 18/50 Li cordless hedge trimmer is the lightweight of this product line. The ideally selected position of the 18 V Power X-Change battery gives the hedge trimmer optimal balance. Additional convenience is offered by the rotatable rear handle and large front handle, which enable even time-consuming and extensive hedge cuts to be carried out with little fatigue. With a total length of 55 cm and a cutting length of 50 cm, the laser-cut, diamond-ground steel cutter ensures that shrubs and hedges retain their elegance. The compact garden tool also scores when it comes to safety: A 2-hand safety switch protects the user during operation, while the new recruit also comes with an aluminum cover to protect the cutter, an impact guard, and a sturdy bracket for wall mounting, ensuring the optimum conditions when storing or transporting the product.
Cordless freedom thanks to Power X-Change from Einhell
As part of the Power X-Change battery platform, both gardening newcomers are compatible with all 18 V batteries of the system. If there is already a battery in the house, then, all other Einhell tools can be purchased in the Solo version, i.e. without a battery. Not only does that save money and space, it also protects the environment. The battery family from Einhell already comprises more than 250 cordless DIY and garden tools – and this figure will rise to 450 by the end of 2027.
